Good Evening, Neon Nightmare fans! It's been a while since our last update, and we’re excited to bring you the latest news on Stowe Buntz's recent tournament performances. Let’s dive into the action!
Championship Dart Corporation Weekend #1
Following the Cross-Border Challenge, Stowe Buntz made his way to Brownsburg, Indiana, for the CDC Weekend #1 on May 18th and 19th.

Main Event #2: In a competitive semifinal, Stowe was edged out by Canada's David Cameron with a 7-5 result.
Professional Darts Corporation Bet365 US Darts Masters and North American Championship
Next, Stowe took on two major events in the Professional Darts Corporation's calendar:
Bet365 US Darts Masters: Stowe faced Nathan Aspinall in a top 16 clash. In an entertaining match, Nathan  defeated Stowe 6-2. With Nathan finishing with a 55% checkout percentage! This experience provided Stowe with valuable exposure and practice on a big stage in front of a North American crowd.
Stowe had an impressive run in the North American Championship:
Quarterfinals: Stowe defeated Jules Van Dongen 6-3.
Semifinals: He moved past Adam Sevada with a 6-2 victory.
Finals: Stowe faced Matt “The Ginja Ninja” Campbell in a thrilling final. The match was closely contested, but Matt Campbell emerged victorious with a 6-4 win. The final at Madison Square Garden was electric and the crowds energy was amazing!
Stowe shared his thoughts on the experience:
"NYC... MSG... What can you say? It came and went in a whirlwind. It was amazing to be under the MSG roof playing darts, all while my family and friends supported me. Having my wife in my corner for another big event was amazing, of course, but having all the kids with me on this particular journey at MSG is something that I will never forget. All the kids were able to meet their favorite dart players in the sport, and they were over the moon about it. Being on stage and knowing that my dad and his wife, my sister and her daughter, and other family members were in the crowd yelling and cheering for me was nothing short of amazing… Although I couldn’t seem to find my comfort level on the stage, I know that I gave it my all and that all my family and friends will continue to support me. To my friends who made the journey to MSG to support me, thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I hope you enjoyed yourselves. To all my fans out there supporting me, thank you so much for believing in me. To all sponsors, thank you for the continued support, belief, and trust in me to represent your company."
CDC Weekend #2 in Chicago
The action continued with CDC Weekend #2 on July 13th and 14th in Chicago:
CDC Main Event #4: Stowe emerged victorious, clinching the title after a series of tough matches. His path to victory included wins over Levi Kransel, Ross Snook, Jake Womack, and Jim Long. The semifinal against Gary Mawson was particularly intense, going to a last-leg decider, and the final against Jacob Taylor from Canada was a thrilling conclusion to a successful day. This victory was crucial for accumulating CDC points.
Looking Ahead
As we approach August, it's hard to believe how quickly the dart season is flying by. CDC Event #3 is this weekend, scheduled for August 3rd and 4th in Chicago once again. This event will be vital for players to accumulate valuable points in the CDC rankings.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue through the season. Here’s to more exciting darts action ahead!
